| Pure white
raw wools dyed in various colors. They will be blended together as the
first step of making yarn. |
Several
tens of colored raw wool fibers are manually aligned one by one to make
a singles yarn. |
The
raw wool is then fed into the carding machine to straighten the fibers
and remove impurities, forming a thin web of aligned fibers. |
The
web is next divided and rolled to create rope-like slivers. |
The
slivers are drafted, twisted, and then wound onto bobbins. The produced
yarn is ready to be transformed into products. |
